non-profit in 2011. Kari and her husband, Cameron, started OTRBG to uphold the legacy of their late son, Christian, and have grown the organization into the thriving in-home healthcare agency it is today.

Kelly has been with OTRBG since July 2018, and oversees state-wide in-home member care, aligned with provider service. She provides the expertise for escalations and policy creation that will serve our members best.

Chief Financial Officer
Kristi has been with OTRBG since 2020 in a financial and compliance role, aligning requirements with DES. She ensures members are cared for with compassion while maintaining policies and standard operating procedures.
Training & Onboarding Manager

CONLON
Kirstin joined OTRBG in September 2019
and welcomes members and providers through onboarding and training. Her knowledge and expertise welcome new individuals to the company with kindness and compassion.

Field Supervisor, Greater Arizona
Ken has been hitting the road and visiting members with OTRBG since June 2021. His geographic footprint allows us to serve more remote areas within the State of Arizona with a smile.
QUINN
CONLON
Graphic Designer & Field Supervisor
Quinn joined OTRBG in September 2021 and was promoted to supervisor in September 2023. She
oversees members and providers in the greater Colorado City region of Northern Arizona, and produces all outreach materials with her graphic design expertise.

Board Secretary & Office Supervisor
Dolores was the first board member nominated by Kari and Cameron when the organization began. Alongside keeping meeting minutes, she is the expert in the office and supportive of all employees at OTRBG.

Member at Large
Kristen became a board member in 2020. She has been a CPA for over 20 years, and currently is the Senior Manager of FP&A at Healthcare Realty.
JESSICA
YOUNG
Member at Large
Jessica became a board member in 2021. She is a Sales & Marketing Manager at Discover Flagstaff and has worked
with the City of Flagstaff in various capacities.
JEN
RUNGE
Member at Large
Jen was originally on the OTRBG board as the Treasurer in 2017-2018. She has rejoined now in 2025, as a member at large. She has experience in nonprofit administration, grant writing, and financial oversight.
