A TWO-WINGED
MISSION:
Over the Rainbow Butterfly Garden is a non-profit that seeks to passionately serve families who have loved ones with developmental disabilities. We accomplish our mission in two different areas:
-
We've donated over $72,000 to the community and offer yearly scholarships for speech and occupational therapies to students in need. This is supported by our OTRBG families!
-
We provide in-home care to both adults and children with developmental disabilities, empowering families by offering training for a family member to become a paid professional caretaker. Proceeds from our non-profit directly support our families through community events and awarding scholarships each Spring!
IN-HOME CARE
"Quality, Consistent Care"
Our organization is a certified agency through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This allows us to provide in-home care services to members with disabilities. The in-home care that we provide is focused on family members that are providing care for another family member such as a child or sibling. Most in-home care facilities provide care to clients from an outside source and hire someone that is not a family member.
Our agency provides in-home Respite, Attendant Care, and Habilitation services by offering the training necessary to empower families the ability to maintain the level of care they desire at home.
Would you like to become your loved one's paid professional caregiver?

CHRISTIAN WATSON
2005 - 2011
Christian was a loyal defender of the people that he loved as well as their biggest cheerleader. He was passionate, funny, manipulative, charming and always impressed with everything that he experienced on this Earth. Everyone that met him instantly fell in love with his pure energy and loving spirit. One of our favorite memories from school was hearing from the lunch workers that Christian came through the line every day, even when he had a lunch packed at home, just to wave and say hello to everybody behind the counter.
He would be so proud of this organization and everything that it
does to help individuals with disabilities and the families that care
for them. We were blessed to have him for the time that he was
with us. Christian, Nevan, and Hope Watson are the three children
that inspire everyone, every day, at OTRBG.
